Estate agents no longer having a bad name ?

I am pleased to say that estate agents are no longer the scoundrels they were cracked up to be , agents fees have now come down to a very realistic price , and they are more than happy to negotiate on there percentages ,

General percentages’ being offered are around 1% to 1.5% the days of 2.5 and 3% are long gone , but the agents do still carry the burden of this ,

It is only fair to now recognise that estate agents are going through a hard time with fees , and are trimming the prices right back ,

The general costs involved can often outweigh the commissions they are paid , so think again ,

As much as we offer a free service to sell property online , estate agents are still the no 1 sellers of property , but in the current climate any additional advertising will often help ,

We welcome estate agents to our property website , and have been guilty of bad naming them in the past , we now see the hardship they are going through , and can sympathise with them ,

Give the agents a break , but remember you can still negotiate a good deal , and its up to you to play hardball ?
